The menu for Thursdays Tuscan evening is going to be something quite special as Kylie one of our chefs has brought back some great ingredients. The menu has been written based on what was available and what kylie brought back, for all of you that have booked I hope you have a great evening and i look forward to seeing you on Thursday.

A selection of handmade foccacia breads served with aged balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil
Anti pasti
Tuscan prosciutto with first press extra virgin olive oil, slow roast pressed bufalo mozzarella, vine tomato and basil and a sage fritta
Pasta
Tuscan Picci served with truffle and pecorino
Main course
Cumbrian wild boar cooked the Tuscan way for 8 hours in chianti, garlic and rosemary served with roasted fennel
Pre dessert
Aged Marsala wine served with biscotti
Dessert
Rosemary and vanilla panna cotta served with roasted peach and a red wine and cherry sorbet
