Fish Supper Evening in the Studio

On the 12th of November our chefs are going to be cooking up a storm with fish and fish only. We have been to visit a day boat fisherman and he is going to provide us with the freshest fish you can get! The Menu is going to be

Menu

A selection of sea food canapes

Starter

Seared west coast Mackerel served with a warm salad of horsr radish, dill, roasted lemon and fenel buds

Fish Course

Lobster and Salmon ravioli served with a safron and lemon dressing

Main Course

Skate wings served with capers and a beurre noisette sauce and a selection of seasonal vegetables

Dessert

Portinscale apple souffle served with a home made caramel ice cream and cinamonn biscuits

Coffee

Good Taste cappuccino, latte or espresso served with biscotti

we have a few reservations left so dont miss out
