It’s all about the pud !

EventsOn December 4th 2008 we will be cooking a very special menu in our studio dinning room. Our menu will consist of nothing but desserts. The cost is £35 per person and we are taking bookings now so dontg delay.

Our menu is as follows

Canapés with a glass of procesco

Warm chocolate and raspberry brownie

 Passion fruit meringue tart

White chocolate and cranberry mousse

2nd course

Roasted rhubarb and orange tart served with a candied ginger ice cream

3rd course

Champagne and pomegranate jelly served with a lemon and lime sherbet

4th course

Chocolate, orange and cardamom mousse served with a spiced liquid centre

5th course

Mulled poached pear sorbet served with a contempery mince pie

6th course

Espresso crème brulee served with vanilla foam and biscotti
