You mentioned the blogging, so here I am, looking for results - I'm sure I'll be hooked now. Particularly want to see more use of local prods. I am considering making my own potato cakes for our guests' breakfasts. I currently buy in, but I can use my local Flookburgh Potatoes (Estima) and some of the lovely wild garlic which is fast coming up. I plan to griddle cook the cakes, then freeze for later use throught the season. Any ideas on a recipe? Mine is "intuitivley' made up - in true chef style, but quite good! Hi
