Well I off again, Iwill be packing my bags in September to travel to Tuscany with my family.
This time however i am going to write a cookery book. Italian food and culture is something very close to my heart I love the Italian way it just makes sense to me, so I have been looking for a reason to go there and write a book about Italian food and life, but as my publisher keep on telling me why would the public buy a cookery book about an English bloke in Italy. Well now I have a reason and a great idea that is not only culinary but it is informative and unique it just makes you want to book a flight and get over there yourself. I dont want to give to much away but I am really looking forward to writing this book its going to be alot of fun. My photographer is flying out for a week to shoot the locations and some of the dishes, its going to be mad busy week but alot of fun. I will post some of the recipes and photos on my blog while i am way so you can get a sneak preview.
