Blackberries are just starting to show in our countryside, So get yourselves out there and get your share, take the kids it will keep them busy for hours
Ingredients
1 bottle of cheap supermarket vodka
1 vanilla pod
2 tbsp of castor sugar
20 blackberries
Method
This ones a nice simple one, just pour out a couple of shots of vodka
Place the blackberries into the bottle, followed by the sugar
Split the vanilla pod long ways with a knife and pop it into the bottle
Replace the lid of the bottle and place in the dishwasher
Yes ! the dishwasher, run your dishwasher just a normal and it will heat up the vodka to help infuse the flavours with out any of the vodka evaporating
If you make the vodka now it will be perfect for christmas
