I love local ale, in Cumbria we have more micro brewery’s than any other county so we have plenty to choose from. I have taken the concept of traditional Yorkshire tea bread and replaced the tea with local ale, it makes a great malty taste and it great for taking in a packed lunch for a serious days walking up the fells
