Autumn is coming up and there are going to be some great British mushrooms popping up in the woods. I think when raw products are this good you should not do to much them so for this recipe, fried in butter with a squeeze of lemon and toasted on a simply slice of sour dough
Ingredients
300g of seasonal local mushrooms
1/4 clove of garlic
1 sprig of thyme
50g butter
1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper
2 slices of sour dough or a good quality farm house cob

Dear Staff of Good Taste, Having sampled your delicious Mushrooms on Toast very recently I would love the method as well as the list of ingredients,please. Your Tomato and Mint soup was superb too…and the Lemon and Poppyseed cake. We’ll be back.
