Introduction
Our coffee is the back bone of our business we take great care in making sure it is the best we can possibly make, as we drink it all day long and we would be the first to know if it was not right.
The first thing we do every morning is open a fresh bag of our roast to order coffee
Then we check the grind so the extaction is between 25-30 seconds if not we will ajust the grind
by then our daily delivery of fresh lakeland milk has arrived
we steam the milk to approximately 65oc and no higher other wise it will burn the milk
we then take care to pour the milk into the espresso using a technique to create a rosetta
