Introduction
I was given this recipe by my mother in law, it is an old recipe from Cyprus
where they used to live in the 70’s
Lemon tart
Ingredients
4oz short crustpastry
3 eggs
6oz caster sugar
2oz melted butter
1 lemon zest and juice
Method
Line and rest a pie dish
Blind bake for 10 mins 170oc
Beet eggs and sugar together
Add butter gently
Add zest a d juice
Pour into case Bake for 20 mins 160 oc until set
