This bread is a great combination of two flavours, sweet plump sultanas and that perfumey fennel taste all wrapped up in a fantastic crusty bread. For this recipe you need to use a good extra strong flour to help achieve a good crust.

500g Extra strong white flour
480ml water
7g dreid yeast or 14g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 handfull of sultanas
2 tsp of fennel seeds
