No kneed bread

There has been alot of talk about this no knead bread, so i thought i would look into it for you and see if i could come up with a good recipe for you.

500g strong white flour
15g fresh yeast / 7g dried yeast
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
370ml of light beer a Bud seems to makes good results

Method

Mix the yeast and sugar together with the beer
blend the salt into the flour and them pour the liquid into the flour a little at a time

get your hands in and mix the dough until it starts to come clean away from the bowl
take a sheet of baking parchment and pour a little olive oil onto the paper, using some kitchen paper spread the oil all over the paper
take a seperate bowl and line it with the baking parchment
place the smooth dough on to the paper and lift it all into the bowl and cover with cling film
leave the dough over night to prove
pre heat your oven to 200oc
place a tray in the bottom of the oven
transfer the bread dough on to an oven tray
throw 10 ice cubes into the tray at the oven of the oven and then place the bread into the oven for 30 minutes or so
to check if the bread is cooked turn the loaf up side down and tap the bottom if it sounds hollow
