I cooked this dish the other day and I have to say it was fantastic and great British lunch at its best.
Toasted Crumpets with marmite and melted mature cheddar cheese it might be simple but they are usually the best, if you have a go at this recipe please let me know how much you enjoyed it
Ingredients
seres 2
4 crumpets
2 tbsp marmite
100g of grated mature cheddar
Method
pre heat the grill
toast your crumpets in a toaster or under the grill
spread the marmite as much or as little as you like
top with grated cheese and grill until melted and bubbly
