It has been nearly five years since Good Taste opened its doors. It’s the only place of its kind - a combination of comfy seating and table dining, where you feel as welcome to have a coffee and read the paper alone as you do eating with friends or family. Families with children will love it and the chefs will always come up with a little plate of fun for the little ones, just what mums and dads need!
Interesting specials are different, seasonal and fresh every day; soups, platters, sandwiches, breads, cakes and hot dishes. If you fancy something new to try, the salad bar is rarely the same each day. Because the cafe is staffed by trained chefs, they go the extra mile and will whizz up some fresh pesto at short notice or prepare a dinner party that you simply finish off yourself at home.

The quality of the food in Pete’s establishment is consistently great. He and his staff have high standards that never slip. Pete gets a real kick out of cooking and is always up to something in his kitchen. He emerges spoon in hand, offering a taste of what he’s created to his regulars (who are brutally honest with their opinions).
He prepares well thought out, perfectly cooked and totally delicious food. On Saturdays and days in the summer you can get freshly-made locally inspried breads such as Italian foccacia, French fougasse and many more.
