Whilst on a wee booze cruise to France we came across a fantastic fish restaurant.
i came across this recipe while cooking with a friend in Tuscany. I really warmed to this recipe as i feel we have an abundance of nettles this summer and i want to get my own back on them. Also this is the best tasting way of eating nettles.
