Our themed cookery events are full day, practical courses where you can really get to grips with the tricks of the trade, allowing your home cooking to become more enjoyable, and successful!

We also catering for small parties, where we can create a bespoke cookery day for any event be it birthdays, special occasions or corporate days, just send us an email enquiry.

23rd July 2008-Kitchen Garden
Kitchen garden cooking using what’s fresh in our kitchen garden and the markets right now.Prices start from £100 for a fully practical day including coffee, refreshments and lunch.

6th August 2008-Bread baking workshop
Bread day, everyone loves bread (our chefs do!), so for the day we are going to show you how we make our exiting breads from all over the world using domestic ovens, wood burning outdoor ovens and clay pots. Priced at £100 per person for a fully practical day including coffee, refreshments and lunch.

10th September 2008-A Taste of Italy
A Taste of Italy, our team of chefs are all well travelled in Italy and have picked up many regional Italian dishes. We plan to start the Day by teaching you the true way to cook Italian focciacia bread, followed by a selection of seasonal salads, then traditional pizza cooked in our wood burning pizza oven. After lunch we will begin by teaching you how to make pasta, then we will make several types of pasta including filled pasta, finally we will show you how to make the best pesto and pormidori sauce to take how and enjoy with your family. Priced at £100 per person for a fully practical day including coffee, refreshments and lunch.
