Ingredients
100g butter
175g castor sugar
2 large eggs beaten
200g self raising flour
200g ripe bananas
85g yogurt
½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of nutmeg
125g plump sultanas
100g roasted walnuts or pecans
75g poppy seeds
Method
cream the butter and the sugar together in a bowl until it is light and fluffy
