Ingredients
100g butter
175g castor sugar
2 large eggs beaten
200g self raising flour
200g ripe bananas
85g yogurt
½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of nutmeg
125g plump sultanas
100g roasted walnuts or pecans
75g poppy seeds
Method
cream the butter and the sugar together in a bowl until it is light and fluffy

		<description><![CDATA[On Friday 28th November we had a stall on the Keswick Christmas food market
We had a Wild About Food stall on the first Keswick Christmas Food Market. At 11am I demonstrated how to make an Italian focaccia with a Cumbrian twist, using local Blengdale Blue cheese from the Cumberland dairy and roasted walnuts. As promised the recipe is below.
