Last week I met with the new Chief Executive of Slow Food Uk, Catherine Gazzoli. We met in the cafe off the back of a recommendation from Sauce Communication a major PR firm in London.

This years 1st Duck Eggs

I was out shopping in a local farmers Market and I came across the first of the years duck eggs, I bought two dozen and went straight back to the cafe to put them on special for the day.
