On sat 09th July had a local wedding buffet for 80 people to prepare they really wanted a Mediterranean theme, so I designed them a menu accordingly which included a variety of different crostinis, Italian style slow roast pork cooked with fennel, lemon and garlic, home made artisan breads and pizzas.
